2009 ended with a couple of great shows for my clients. The first was Ed Sanguino. Ed began training with me only 7 weeks before his first ever bodybuilding show. This kid proved to be one determined, hard worker! The gains we made in a short amount of time could not have been accomplished without his focus and attention to every detail made in his program. Watch out for Ed in the NPC Florida shows in 2010...he's been working hard and already made significant gains since the fall.

Ryan Everson was back to make an impact at the NPC Nationals in Hollywood, FL this past November. I am so proud of this girl; a total transformation inside and out with her since I began working with her in May of 2008. Another client I never have to worry about when it comes to following her program and staying focused. Her first show of the year was in April and she made it all the way through November. Ryan's job requires that she be on the road traveling A LOT, yet she still stuck with her diet and training program to a "T". Ryan has a BRIGHT future ahead of her in Figure...it's already begun. Keep your eye out for her in the NPC National shows beginning this July!

3rd place, D class USA Championships

Just wanted to give a HUGE congratulations to my client Ryan Everson for her third place finish at the USA Figure Championships. Ryan started working with us last year one week after the Emerald Cup...a show where she took last place in her class. After taking the year to make the changes we deemed necessary, Ryan has had a very successful 2009. She won the overall at the Tanji Johnson figure classic, placed top 5 at the emerald cup, and just recently took third at USA's which was only her third ever national stage appearance. CONGRATULATIONS RYAN, LETS ROCK NATIONALS!!!!!!
